7th day of Rest!

We had been going non stop for the last few days we decided to have a restful day in town. Rob and Heather were gracious enough to invite us along to church with them. It was wonderful to meet their Black Forest family and take part in the roads that lead them to Kandern. It just so happened that the towns festival was today and every one was in attendance. We enjoyed the rides, the food, the company and as a special treat all the shops were allowed to be open today so some shopping was in order as well. One of the goals Donna had was to shoot family pictures for the Shumans. We found some great places for the shoot. I guess Donna can now be considered an international photographer. We ended the day with a real treat called Racoulette, a table top grill that you cook your own veggies, meats and underneath melt cheese over potatoes. Everyone sits around talking, cooking, and having a great time. Gotta get one of these at home.
